It's been a while since we've posted a group photo. Here we are this past Sunday at the house for our Chapter meeting!

With a strong summer of actives living in the house over the summer and a lot of pre-planning not only before the semester stated, but also before the previous school year ended. The future looked nice and bright for the new member class of Fall 2012.

Starting witWith a very strong showing at Meet the Greeks, the brothers of Chi Phi were able to interest many new freshman and student's to come out to all the events planned for Rush week and get to know each and every brother. In doing this, the new member count to start of the new semester was 17, led of course by new member educator Jared McNally.

We are pleased to announce that our chapter has received the following awards:

- Thomas A. Gehring Award for the Most Improved Chapter 2012
- Outstanding Alumni Newsletter Award 2012
- Accredited with Distinction Status 2012

We are extremely excited to be awarded after our hours of hard work and late nights. We'd like to thank our National Office for making all of this possible.

Greetings! Welcome to the newly improved Chi Phi, Xi Delta Chapter Website. Now is the best time to start thinking about the Fall Semester at Florida Tech. Chi Phi has been on campus since 1968 and now you have the opportunity to become a part of a long lasting trandition of truth, honor, and personal integrity. How? Here is Chi Phi's Fall 2011 Recruitment Schedule:

Saturday, August 20th - A Day at the Beach @ Melbourne Beach from 2-5pm
Sunday, August 21st - Water Wars @ The Res Quad from 12-3pm
Monday, August 22nd - Pool Tournament @ The Rathskellar Eatery from 5-7pm
Tuesday, August 23rd - Chi Phi Highland Games @ The Chi Phi Manor from 5-7pm
Wednesday, August 24th - Casino Night @ The Hartley Room from 6-8pm
Thursday, August 25th - Sports Night @ the Tennis Courts from 6-8pm
Friday, August 26th - Beach Bonfire Bonanza @ Melbourne Beach from 8-10pm

*Transportation to and from campus will be provided, if necessary, for all off campus events starting a half hour prior to the event in dorm circle.

On Thursday, Chi Phi brothers along with the select members of the Greek Life community gathered in the Hartley room for the 2011 Student Leadership Awards Ceremony. The Chi Phi chapter was awarded the 2010 Interfraternal Award and Brother Solomon won New Member of the Year. Congrats to the chapter and Brother Solomon!

Every year, the Chi Phi National Office holds leadership conferences all over the country in order to educate the active brothers of Chi Phi in the ways of ritual, holding a position, risk managament, and a myriad of other topics pertanent to today's Greek world...
